| Please follow the steps below when returning merchandise. |
| 1) Contact us with in 24 hours after delivery by email. Returns will only be done if |
| wrong color or wig style was sent. |
| 2) Returns require a Return Authorization Number and Sticker must be affixed |
| prominently on the package. |
| 3) No returns will be accepted without Authorization Number and Sticker. |
| 4) Hair Goods must be in the same condition as recieved. No replacement of product will |
| be issued for any items altered (brushed, combed, picked, worn, not in original box, |
| tag or net removed). Goods must be in original factory settings. |
